Influence of Fe/Co Substitution and Nb Doping on Thermal Stability of Fe/Co-Si -B Alloys

The temperature of phase transitions was determined by the method of differential scanning calorimetry and measuring the temperature dependence of the magnetization of amorphous alloys. According to these results, the induction periods of the AMA nanocrystallization process were determined. It is established that the temperature interval of nanophase formation in AMA C 072 Si 1 sB 1 o without superimposition of magnetic field is 413 K, and in magnetic field 513 K. Replacement of Si by Nb in AMA Fe s oSi$\epsilon \mathrm{B}_{14}$ also leads to an increase of temperature interval of nanophase formation by 101 K.
