The present invention discloses a carbon nanotube, and graphene lithium ion conductive paste complex secondary battery cell belongs to the field of the preparation techniques used. The slurry from the following components by mass of the composition: 2 to 4.5% of carbon nanotubes, 0.5% -1.5% graphene, 0.1% to 1.5% of the dispersion stabilizer, the balance is N- methylpyrrolidone. The present invention uses a carbon nanotube complex graphene not only a low viscosity conductive paste, a lithium ion secondary battery to meet the automatic dosing plant process requirements, and due to the addition of graphene, the positive electrode material, carbon nanotubes, graphene is formed between a the dotted line of the surface structure of the conductive network to improve the performance of the lithium ion battery.
