Research on Poverty Alleviation and Development in Minority Areas under the Fit of Impoverishment Factors and Hazard Inducing Environment

2012
Poverty in minority areas and natural disasters has a high degree of fit.In addition to the poverty effects of the disaster itself, the reasons are also closely related to the unity of impoverishment factors and hazard inducing environment. The research results show that: based on the existence of risk and vulnerability,it is theoretically inevitable for the two elements to correspond with each other. However, the fit path is mainly reflected in the fragile ecological environment, rapid population growth and low quality of people,short-board effect of the economy, poor infrastructure and the lower level of social security. Therefore, the implementation of poverty alleviation and development in the minority areas needs to be combined with disaster prevention and mitigation,so as to achieve a collaborative development by improving both simultaneously.
