This paper, based on the theory of sustainable development, discusses the fact that construction industry management must be conducted under the guidance of sustainable theory in the current situation of socio-economic development. Construction industry should change management concept in the aspects of project management, technology innovation management, construction materials management, project risk management and so on. For the purpose of contributing to social sustainable development, the industry should use green energy-saving buildings as a breakthrough point and take the responsibility of promoting social development.
