The invention relates to a hinge structure and a door mounting structure with the same. The hinge structure comprises a protection sleeve, angle iron and a corner connection sheet, wherein the angle iron and the corner connection sheet are both L-shaped; the protection sleeve is provided with side plates between which an accommodating part is arranged; the angle iron and the corner connection sheet are accommodated inside the accommodating part; holes are formed in the corner connection sheet; the angle iron and the corner connection sheet are fixed by studs; a rotating shaft is arranged on one side of the protection sleeve; and one side of the angle iron is connected to the rotating shaft and can rotate around the rotating shaft. The hinge structure and the door mounting structure with the same have the advantages that the mounting efficiency is high; parts are processed in a prefabrication area; assembly in field is realized; the construction speed is improved; the productization construction operation is facilitated; the welding time of the rotating shaft in the construction field is shortened; and the construction efficiency is greatly improved.
