Changes in womens employment patterns

The present analysis deals with the development of and changes in womens labor force participation [in Norway]. The analysis is mainly concentrated on the ten year period 1970-1980. Consideration is given to factors affecting such participation such as changes in family formation patterns over time and to the historical background. The data are from a survey carried out by the Central Bureau of Statistics in 1980. (summary in ENG) (EXCERPT)
