Remediation of Free-Product TCE

During a pre-property transfer at an industrial facility, significant quantities of volatile organic compounds (VOCs), including free-product trichloroethylene (TCE) were discovered. After performing site characterization of the site, a remediation program was developed. The remediation program is currently preventing offsite migration of the VOCs and recovering approximately 45 liters (12 gallons) per day of TCE from the groundwater.
