[Errors in the AB0-blood group determination as a cause of hemolytic complications after incompatible hemotransfusion].

: According to literature data and results of own investigations there was established, that the causes of frequent mistakes occurrence while performing the blood investigation, causing hemolytic complications, are the blood groups antigens determination according to AB0 system using the direct method only, without isohemoagglutinins alpha, beta identification; constitutes the direct transduction of written information from medical and other documentation or immediately from the speaking patient.
