The aim of this study was to determine the views and achievements of the learner and teacher students about school experience working with peer teaching at university. The participation of the study was 24 physical education teacher candidates’ volunteers. Semi-structured focus group discussions were used to obtain the data. Descriptive and content analysis were used to analyze the data. The results of the study showed that peer teaching caused developing the students’ professions, understanding the ways of communication effectively with students in 3rd grade students. In addition, peer teaching caused to understand the importance of practice in class, to use reinforcements, to learn better the issues they know about teaching profession, to understand the importance of the planned study, to develop classroom management skills, to create the opportunity to conduct research related to their profession and to understand the teachers' duties and responsibilities in the 4th grade students
