Оксигенотерапия в комплексном лечении острого язвенного стоматита

38 patients of teenage and young age with acute necrotizing stomatitis were examined and treated. It was proved that the majority of patients had chronic inflammatory lesions in periodontal tissues and tonsils. The beginning of oral mucosa damage is associated with stress in the form of physical exhaustion or hypothermia which provoked its necrosis. This fact was proved by bacteriological test. The patients were treated in complex with cystamine and oxygenation, which allowed us to obtain stable therapeutic effect in a short period of time.
