The invention discloses a water pipe connecting structure of a medical bed. The water pipe connecting structure comprises a first water pipe and a second water pipe. A collar clamp sleeves the first water pipe, convex lugs are arranged on the outer wall of the collar clamp, a through hole is formed in each convex lug, and a groove is formed right above each through hole. A receiving seat sleeves one end of the second water pipe, notches are formed in the top of the receiving seat, a rotary groove is formed under each notch, a first embedding hole and a second embedding hole are formed in each rotary groove at an interval, a clamping groove is formed right above each second embedding hole, a first magnet is arranged in each first embedding hole, a second magnet is arranged in each second embedding hole, a third magnet is arranged in the through hole of each convex lug, and the upper end of each third magnet is integrally connected with a clamping fastener. The collar clamp is embedded into the receiving seat after the convex lugs thereof pass through the notches of the receiving seat, and the clamping fasteners are clamped into the clamping grooves after the collar clamp rotates by a preset angle along the rotary grooves to enable the two water pipes to be connected integrally. The water pipe connecting structure of the medical bed has the advantages that butt joint of the two water pipes can be completed without fastening devices, and simplicity and reliability in connection are achieved.
