Applicabilité du lean en développement de produits de luxe

Lean is today one of the main methodologies for improving the process. While much research has been published dealing with its application in traditional manufacturing sectors, those interested in Lean Development in creative industries such as luxury goods remain unexplored. This industry is also recognized as having long and heterogeneous design and development processes and the use of a lean approach remains questionable. This paper aims to partially answer this question by offering an analysis of the specificities of this industry. The main contribution of this research is to identify the potential points of use of lean development approaches in the development cycle of luxury products.
