1990
The authors present here a case of severe and progressive type III Takayasu's arteritis requiring coronary, cerebral, and visceral revascularization in an eight-year-old girl. A multimodality approach was used including saphenous vein coronary artery bypass, percutaneous transluminal angioplasty of the carotid and subclavian arteries, and visceral thromboendarterectomy
