豐白散對慢性支氣管炎患者外周血IL-2、TNF-α及肺功能的影響

Objective To compare the effects of cefazolinum added with Fen Bai Powder and cefazolinum only in the treatment of chronic bronchitis, as well as the changes of lung function, the level of IL-2 and TNF-α in peripheral blood before and after treatment. Methods 112 patients with chronic bronchitis were randomly divided into two groups. 42 cases were treated with cefazolinum 2.0 g. IV by drip Bid (Group A) and 70 cases with cefazolinum added with fenbaipowder α preparations/day Po (Group B). for 10 days. The therapeutic effect, lung function and the level of TNF-α, IL-2 in peripheral blood before and after treatment were compared. Results The total effective rate and total control rate of Group B were significantly higher than those of Group A. The total effective rates were 85.71 % in Group A and 95.71% in Group B. The lung function, the level of TNF-α, IL-2 in Group B were significantly improved compared with those of the other group (P＜0.05). Conclusion The therapeutic use of integrated traditional Chinese and western medicine is better than western medicine only.
