Forging and thickening process for end part of pipe body with equal wall thickness

2016
The invention relates to a forging and thickening process for the end part of a pipe body with equal wall thickness. The process comprises the following steps of: 1, carrying out die-forging and forging in twice to three times by use of a pipe end thickening machine; 2, carrying out graded heating, wherein during every-time forging and thickening, the temperature of the parts, close to the two ends, of the pipe body is lower than that of the middle part of the pipe body by 50-100 DEG C; and 3, gradually reducing deformation volume, wherein deformation volume during every-time forging and thickening is reduced gradually, and smooth inner inclined transition is formed again on the basis of inner transition formed by last-time thickening of inner inclined transition. The invention provides the forging and thickening process for the end part of the pipe body with equal wall thickness, and the forging and thickening process can guarantee smooth inner transition without folds, straight tables, concave pits and the like when the pipe end of the pipe body with equal pipe thickness is thickened.
