Non surgical neck mass in a child : A case report

A 12-year-old boy, was presented with a painless lower neck mass which had become noticeable since birth only on exertion. Ultrasonography and cr scan revealed right internal jugular phlebectasia and normal thymus gland which extended into the neck. Conservative management of these rare conditions is recommended.
