Liver Dynamic MRI 검사 시 KWIC(K-space Weighted Image Contrast)과 GRASP(Golden-angle RAdial Sparse Parallel)의 비교에 대한 연구

2015
Purpose: The purpose of this study is usefulness of GRASP in comparison to KWIC in liver dynamic MRI, especially, in case of patient’s noncooperation with respiration. Materials and Methods: This study was performed on 10 patients (7 men, 3 women, average age 76.4 years) who have taken liver dynamic MRI in December 2014. 3.0T MRI(Verio, Siemens Medical solutions, Erlangen, Germany) was used with 32channel body array coil for the test. We evaluated MR images by KWIC and GRASP reconstruction program with raw data. The quantitative analysis was performed by SNR and CNR in right lobe of liver, left lobe of liver and spleen at pre, artery, portal and 3min delay phase. Statistical method was paired t-test using SPSS 20.0 software. As qualitative analysis method, two radiologists and two radiologic technologists visually evaluated MR images at 4 points scale for 2 items(1.artifact, 2. image quality). Statistical method was nonparametric Wilcoxon rank test(p 0.05. In case of qualitative analysis, GRASP obtained higher mean score than KWIC in artifact and image quality. P value was 0.000. Conclusion: As compared with radial sampling KWIC, in spite of that GRASP has relatively shortcomings of low SNR and CNR, if it will be used forexaminations of patients who cannot holding their breath for long and are unable to suspend respiration, GRASP can be valuable reconstruction method in liverdynamic MRI because it can reduce motion and streak artifact.
