Intermittent-continuous aeration process for aerobic tanks

2013
The invention discloses an intermittent aeration process for aerobic tanks for sewage treatment, which is implemented in cooperation with a sludge treatment system. According to the invention, the treatment system is provided with four independent aerobic tanks which are the same in size and sequentially connected in series, the bottoms and/or upper parts of the aerobic tanks are communicated, a valve-controlled aeration pipe is respectively connected in each aerobic tank, and the front end of the first aerobic tank is connected with a sewage inlet pipe and a backflow sludge pipe; the rear end of the fourth aerobic tank is connected with a secondary sedimentation tank, the secondary sedimentation tank is connected with a treated water outlet pipe and a backflow sludge pipe. The process is characterized in that the front three aerobic tanks are subjected to continuous aeration, and the final aerobic tank adopts a continuous aeration mode. The process disclosed by the invention is reasonable in structure arrangement, is small in land-occupied area under the condition that the same water quantity is treated, can fully take the functions of nitrogen removal by denitrification and phosphorous removal of anaerobic reaction tanks, strictly controls the content of phosphorus in wastewater, and can effectively prevent and control an eutrophication phenomenon.
