Proximal limits of resection and the role of mediastinal lymph dissection in surgical treatment of gastroesophageal cancer

: The authors have analyzed results of treatment of 189 children aged from 6 months to 3 years and older, using different variants of operations. It was shown that positive immediate and long-term results in patients with high and mean forms of anorectal diseases were obtained after posteriorsagittal and abdomino-posteriorsagittal anoplasty.
