The Effect of Organizational Cynicism on Resistance to Change (Case of: public Hospitals Nurses of North Khorasan Province)

The dynamic characteristics of a competitive market, has caused organizations to deal necessity to implement changes in strategy, structure, processes and culture to understand their most successful organizations have recognized this process. And instead focus on quantitative targets on capacity building and improve the quality of human resources through due to various factors influence the attitudes of employees and their consequences are emphasized at all levels. In this context, the factors that can harm the process of organizational change is more about the impact that organizational cynicism. Due to increasing attention to the importance of organizational cynicism and its effect on creating resistance to change; In this article, led to organizational cynicism impact on nurses ’resistance to change and a framework in this field offer. The study population consisted of 670 nurses in public hospitals of North Khorasan. The aim of this research is applied and the survey method. To verify the reliability of the questionnaire Cronbach's alpha coefficient and to determine validity, content validity was used. The results showed a positive relationship between organizational cynicism and nurses there is a significant resistance to change.
