2014
The article analyses the possibility of performance contracting (PC) as a concept for finance and service to encourage the rational use of energy, in order to reach the goal of a 25% carbon–dioxide reduction in Germany by 2005, compared to the 1987 situation. The focus in this article is on risk–sharing and the German legal framework in PC. An example will outline the general course of a contract and its practicability.
