Dendrimer conjugate comprising a polylysine dendrimer G10 G2 conjugated to a ligand nitroimidazole / metal with the following structure: Formula ** ** wherein n is an integer from 0 to 8 inclusive; R1, R2 and R3 independently represent H, NO2 or methyl; R'1 and R'2 independently represent H, OH, methyl, ethyl or propyl; X1, X2 and X3 independently represent O, CO or H2O as valence allowed metal M; and M represents a radioisotope or nonradioactive cold of a transition metal selected from Y, Zr, Nb, Mo, Tc, Ru, Rh, Pd, Ag, Cd, Re, In or Sn.
