The invention discloses an active-extension energy-absorption bumper of a minibus, wherein the active-extension energy-absorption bumper of the minibus lowers damage to a minibus body and injuries to a driver and passengers and improves safety. The active-extension energy-absorption bumper of the minibus comprises a left frame carling, a right frame carling and a bumper body, wherein the bumper body is arranged at the front end of the left frame carling and the front end of the right frame carling. The active-extension energy-absorption bumper of the minibus further comprises an energy absorption device and an active extension mechanism, wherein two threaded barrels of the energy absorption device are designed to be respectively provided with a smooth cylindrical hole start segment and a threaded hole main body segment; forward guiding cylinder heads at the rear ends of two drop bars are matched with inner diameter cylindrical surfaces of the threaded hole main body segments for installation; backward ejecting cylindrical sections at the rear ends of the two drop bars are matched with the smooth cylindrical hole start segments for installation; the smooth cylindrical hole start segments are matched with each other for clamping a shearing sleeve; the active extension mechanism is arranged at the rear ends of the two threaded barrels. The active-extension energy-absorption bumper of the minibus is applicable to minibus bumper energy-absorption area increase by means of active extension and impact energy absorption.
