Análisis del mercado laboral en el Oriente antioqueño. Una mirada desde la inclusión

Full employment is one of the priority objectives within the economic policy of governments, which is why the 2030 agenda establishes decent work and economic growth as one of the sustainable development goals. However, for some time now, the deficit in the generation of employment and the growing labour force has been observed, a reality that is accentuated each time with economic crises and global recessions. In this sense, COVID-19 has strongly affected the labour market, bringing with it economic and social effects of great magnitude for the country by highlighting the structural problems of the labour market such as informality, youth unemployment and women's unemployment, among others. This book makes visible the problems focused on the Oriente Antioqueno, by showing the results obtained in the research "Characterisation of the labour market in the Altiplano del Altiplano del Antioquia". labour market in the Altiplano del Oriente Antioqueno - Phase 3". The study was conducted in November 2020 to determine the determining variables of the labour supply in general terms for the region and in specific terms for the municipalities of El Carmen de Viboral, El Retiro, Rionegro, Sonson and Guarne.
