Ультраструктурное исследование коры головного мозга и гиппокампа белых крыс при экспериментальном неврозе

2006
Morphologic changes in the cerebral cortex and the hippocampus under chronic stress in white rats were studied. It was shown that the experimental neurosis caused both destructive and compensatory-adaptive ultrastructural changes in neurons of the cerebral cortex and the hippocampus. Under chronic stress the percentage of "dark", osmiophilic neurons with pronounced degeneration signs, becoming apparent as all cytoplasmic organelles' destruction, was increased in the investigated parts of the brain.
