This is a report of the short-and long-term complications in a premature infant with tracheoesophageal fistula, including those related to central venous alimentation, seizures, chylothorax, bronchopulmonary displasia, dental erosions, gastroesophageal refliux, pulmonary problems, and gall stones. It offers analyses of possible alternate methods and treatments, which may have provided a better course.
