PREDICT 2016 – Key Facts

The PREDICT project focuses on analysing the supply of Information and Communications Technologies (ICT) and Research and Development (RD Key Facts 2: Benchmarking EU in the World; Key Facts 3: Benchmarking EU28 Member States; and Key Facts 4: Industry specialisation patterns. Each part of the report investigates the dynamics of these variables from a different perspective and looks at the relationships between them. It describes the main trends observed: the resilience of the sector throughout the crisis, the emergence of ICT services, the evolution of productivity and R&D expenditures, and the new global division of labour.
