PU and rubber double-density injection shoe

A PU (polyurethane) and rubber double-density injection shoe comprises a vamp; the vamp is bonded with a mid-sole; the mid-sole is bonded with a polyether type PU layer; the polyether type PU layer is bonded with a neoprene outsole; silica sand is embedded in the neoprene outsole; and the mid-sole is a puncture-proof mid-sole. The PU and rubber double-density injection shoe is durable, firm, light and comfortable and is suitable for the manufacturing of various functional shoes; the injection shoe is provided with the polyether type PU layer and the neoprene outsole, wherein silica sand is embedded in the neoprene outsole; the polyether type PU layer is a polyether type PU foaming layer which resists high and low temperatures and hydrolysis, has light weight, high rebound resilience, a certain shock-absorbing function and good low-temperature performance (the performance does not change under the temperature of 50 DEG C below zero); the anti-skid function can effectively avoid that a person falls down, stumbles or tumbles possibly when walking on a wet, slippery and icebound road, and the anti-skid capability can not be reduced when the rubber sole is worn out after being used; and besides durability and abrasion resistance, the PU and rubber double-density injection shoe further has certain acid-alkali resistance and flame retardant property.
