A water leak corrective measure assistance device comprises: a water leak damage costs storage unit that stores in advance damage costs of a water leak when a water leak occurs in a pipe in a water distribution pipe network; a water stoppage damage costs storage unit that stores in advance the damage costs of a water stoppage when a pipe has a water stoppage; a water leak damage costs estimation unit that estimates, in the case of a water leak occurring in the water distribution pipe network, the damage costs of a water leak in the water distribution pipe network from information on the pipe in which the water leak occurs and the damage costs of the water leak stored in the water leak damage costs storage unit; a water stoppage damage costs estimation unit that estimates, in the case of a water stoppage occurring in the water distribution pipe network, the damage costs of a water stoppage in the water distribution pipe network from information on the pipe in which the water stoppage occurs and the damage costs of the water stoppage stored in the water stoppage damage costs storage unit; and a water leak corrective measure plan unit that creates a corrective measure for water leaks on the basis of the estimated water leak damage costs and the estimated water stoppage damage costs.
