新形势下,高校迎来了重大的发展机遇,随着高校规模扩大及高校教师人数的增加,如何将服务做得有序、有效是当前急需解决的问题。本文结合上海工程技术大学高等职业技术学院工会建立服务教职工的长效机制的改革实践,论述了工会建立服务教职工长效机制的重要性,探索建立服务教职工长效机制的关键点,不断焕发高校工会的生机活力。 In new situation, universities face more and more opportunities and chances. With the number of teachers and staffs increasing, how to service them effectively and orderly is a serious problem. This article first points out that setting up long-term mechanism of university faculty union service is very important by taking Advanced Vocational and Technical College, Shanghai University of Engineering Science as an example. Then it probes the key points of setting up long-term me-chanism of university faculty union service. At last it points out some measures to help university faculty union work energetically.
