献血者に初めて見い出した抗血小板同種抗体 (抗Yuka抗体) の2例

We have detected 2 donors (0.04%) having anti-Yuka antibody out of 4, 506 female blood donors who have a history of delivery.The frequency of the Yuka antigen was studied with those 2 lots of anti-Yuka antibodies and we could find 29 examples (2.8%) of Yuka positive in 1, 037 donors.
