A Variational Approach to the Analysis of Fluid Distribution Networks in Steady State of Flow

Abstract The paper deals with the classical problem arising in the analysis of fluid distribution systems in steady state of flow. A variational complementary principle is stated allowing the proof about the existence and uniqueness properties of solution.
