Polyethylene composition for woven bag coating material and preparation method thereof

The invention relates to a polyethylene composition for woven bag coating material and a preparation method thereof. The composition comprises the following ingredients mixing together: low density polyethylene and high density polyethylene in a weight ratio of 80:20 to 99:1. The density of the composition is 0.915 to 0.935g/cm3, MFR (Melt Flow Rate) (190 DEG C/2.16 kg) is 2.5 to 7.0g/10min, and Mw/Mn molecular weight distribution width is 4.0 to 7.0. The polyethylene composition is prepared through smelting and extruding the mixture of all the mentioned materials in mentioned amount. The polyethylene composition has the advantages of excellent processing rheological behavior, large coating width, small retraction amplitude, simple preparation method, and easily-controlled technique.
