The invention relates to an ocean water quality real-time monitoring device composed of integrated sensors and communication modules, comprising a coastal monitor center, a signal relay and a plurality of sensor nodes; each sensor node includes a pH sensor module, a turbidity sensor module, a temperature sensor module, a master control chip and a wireless communication module; each pH sensor module includes a pH meter body and an electrode bulb connected with the same, the end of the pH meter body connected with the electrode bulb is provided with an ultrasonic radiating flat plate and an ultrasonic module, the ultrasonic radiating flat plate is positioned around one electrode bulb for transmitting ultrasonic wave so that the ultrasonic wave generated by the ultrasonic module oscillates near the surface of the electrode bulb. The ocean water quality real-time monitoring device can monitor an ocean water area continuously for a long period time.
