Determination of Eugenic acid in Radix Bupleuri by HPCE

In the paper,HPCE method for determination of Eugenic acid in Radix Bupleuri was used.The results showed that the linear ranges were 0.038～1 mg·mL-1,respectively.The recovery of this method to the real samples was found to be better than 95% and the RSDs were below 2%.The presented method is simple,low cost and suitable for the quality assessment of Radix Bupleuri.
