The invention discloses a method for preparing electropositive chitin nanofiber hydrogel and aerogel. The method comprises the following steps: 1) performing pretreatment on chitin raw materials, thereby obtaining chitin slurry; 2) performing normal temperature or high temperature alkali treatment on the chitin slurry, thereby obtaining partial deacetylated chitin; 3) performing mechanical treatment on the partial deacetylated chitin in a weakly acidic aqueous solution, thereby obtaining electropositive chitin nanofiber dispersion; 4) performing alkaline coagulating bath treatment on the electropositive chitin nanofiber dispersion, thereby preparing physical cross-linked electropositive chitin nanofiber hydrogel; and 5) drying and dehydrating the electropositive chitin nanofiber hydrogel, thereby obtaining the electropositive chitin nanofiber aerogel. The method is simple and high in operability, and hydrogel preparation can be realized at low cost; and the prepared chitin nanofiber hydrogel and aerogel material has the advantages of good form, low concentration, high strength, high biocompatibility and zero toxin or harm and has good application prospects in the biological medicine aspect.
