Challenging Environmental Testing for the RPW Experiment on Solar Orbiter

This paper describes how the thermal design of the RPW antennas on Solar Orbiter deals with the constraining environment and presents especially the test campaigns performed on a breadboard and samples at high temperature under vacuum as well as the difficulties to simulate a 0.28 AU representative e nvironment.
