Infection by Contracaecum sp. (Nematoda: Anisakidae) in tucunare (Cichla ocellaris), corvina (Plagioscion squamosissimus) and traira (Hoplias malabaricus) collected from the Parana River near the city of Presidente Epitacio, a region not yet studied in the Sao Paulo State, Brazil, was evaluated.
