Increase the resistance to electromigration of the structure

A semiconductor device comprising a polymer layer and a passivation layer over the groove or electromigration resistance metal lines redistribution layer to increase resistance to electromigration between the two adjacent metal lines. The present invention also discloses increasing the resistance to electromigration of the structure.
