The present invention discloses a class of low solubility in an organic acid catalyst preparation method of cellulose hydrolysis glucose. The main steps of the method as follows: 0.5wt% ~ 10wt% of cellulose crushed material treated, 0.5wt% ~ 5wt% of an organic acid and water obtained mixture into a reaction kettle, and the mixture at 150 ℃ ~ 200 hydrolysis under conditions ℃ 0 ~ 3h. After cooling to room temperature the reaction, the hydrolyzate was separated by filtration, the filtrate after filtration is the sugar, the filter residue feedstock comprising unhydrolyzed cellulose and an organic acid residue, the residue was added water hydrolysis can be achieved again. After hydrolysis times, adding fresh cellulose raw material or an organic acid, hydrolysis can be achieved again. The present invention combines the hydrolysis of a water-soluble organic acid and a solid by-product acid hydrolyzate less easily separated advantage, organic acids and can take advantage of continuous hydrolysis of cellulose raw material prepared glucose, suitable for industrial continuous production applications.
