An Investigation into the Situation of Teaching Life of Rural Middle School Teachers

Based on the teacher self-development,this paper takes five rural middle schools teachers in Shanxi as the sample investigation object to investigate and analyze rural teachers' teaching life through questionnaire and interview study.This paper aims at revealing the existing problems,analyzing the reasons and putting forward specific paths of teaching life rebulding for rural middle school teachers.
