[Population trends 1982-1990: Antilles-French Guiana]

Population trends in the French West Indies (Guadeloupe and Martinique) and French Guiana are analyzed for the period 1982-1990. Data are from official sources including the 1982 and 1990 censuses vital statistics and a 1991 migration survey. Separate consideration is given to migration fertility marriage and mortality.
