THE ESTABLISHMENT OF ORTHOTOPIC LIVER TRANSPLANTATION MODEL WITHOUT VENO-VENOUS BYPASS IN PIG

Objective:To study the technique nodus of orthotopic liver transplantation(OLT) in pigs,accumulat experience for clinical application.Methods:15 cases of OLT operations were performed in pigs to summarize gain and loss of operation,and to investigate the characteristic and cause of complication.Results:After operation 10 cases survival,survival rate was 66.7%,5 cases died.The reason were different,including hypovolemia,long anhepatic phase,much fluid infusion in anhepatic phase,coagulation disorders,hemorrhage and unreasonable modus operandi.1 case died in 8 hours after operation,which reason was thrombosis in anastomotic stoma.Conclusion:The key point in OLT is reasonable modus operandi,skilled operation technics,reasonable treatment in anhepatic phase and neohepatic phase,it is nodus of operation to reveal and anastomose suprahepatic inferior vena cava.
