Construction and Quality Control of Cushion on the Beijing-Shanghai High-speed Railway

Construction and quality control of cushion on the Beijing-Shanghai high-speed railway is presented in this paper. Construction preparation is carried out from 5 aspects,namely,raw material selection,configuration proposal of cushion gravel,testing of standard parameters,construction machinery matching with testing equipment,foundation cleaning and inbuilt test element. Construction technology and process are studied from technology process and construction methods. Furthermore,gravel filling component and compaction result of cushion are analyzed through 2 kinds of configuration proposals of cushion gravel to acquire the construction equipment configuration of subgrade filling,construction technology and process,process quality control method. Besides,dynamic deformation modulus Evdof quality inspection index of subgrade compaction,as well as applicability and the contrast relations of porosity n under different conditions of construction technology are obtained. The result shows that both porosity and dynamic deformation modulus after compaction of cushion gravel filling meet the requirement of Tentative Standard of Quality Acceptance of Ballastless Track Engineering of PDL.
