The device comprises a medium frequency induction heating power supply, a pressure adjusting furnace, a pressure adjusting tank body lifting system, a pressure adjusting gas channel control system, a vacuum system and a gas tank. An upper tank body and a lower tank body in the pressure adjusting furnace are separated through a middle partition plate, and the medium frequency induction heating power supply is used for melting alloy and is connected with the lower tank body of the pressure adjusting furnace. The pressure adjusting furnace tank body lifting system is arranged above the pressure adjusting furnace and used for lifting the upper tank body. The pressure adjusting furnace is provided with a ventilation hole connected with the pressure adjusting gas channel control system on the outer portion of the pressure adjusting furnace.
