In our observations we found out that as the working years increased, the serum cholinesterase levels decreased sigrrificdntly in spraymen but not in other workers. Calismamizda ilaclama yapan ve tutun toplayan kisilerin serum kolinesteraz duzeyi olculdu ve ilaclama yapan kisilerin calisma sureleri uzadikca serum kol i n e s t e r a z duzeyinin dusme gosterdigi, tutun toplayanlarda ise calisma suresi ile kolinesteraz duzeyi arasinda boyle bir iliski olmadigi bulunmustur. Ayrica bu kisile¬rin ilaclama sirasinda yeteri kadar korunmadiklari ve maruz kaldiklari riskin bilincinde olmadiklari saptanmistir.
