New methods and apparatus for preparing liposomes

The present invention provides a method for preparing a liposome preparation. According to the process of the present invention, the lipid fraction is dissolved in an organic solvent. Into the solution containing the bioactive ingredient and the lipid fraction to the reaction vessel together with a carrier (carrier) introducing a supercritical fluid here to bioactive components - to prepare the particles coated with the lipid. Then to a supercritical fluid discharged by the reduced pressure to give the Pro liposome particles by hydration with aqueous phase comprising water to the pro liposome particle to form a liposome solution. Liposome preparations, if desired can be processed further by a method such as particle size decreases, removing the organic solvent, freeze-drying. The manufacturing method as well as the laboratory scale as well, using the same production method, it is easy in large-scale or production of a liposome formulation of a commercial scale.
