Troponin I in Thrombolysis Therapy of AMI

2004
Objective To observe the dynamic changes of troponin I(cTnI)in acute myocardial infarction (AMI)thrombolytic and non-thrombolytic therapy. Methods cTnI was measured in 94 AMI patients. The positive criteria of judgement were over 100ng/L. Results The peak value of cTnI was much higher in thrombolytic recanalized group than that in thrombolytic non-recanalized group and non-thrombolytic group (P0.05). When the peak value increased, the value got to peak 8 hours ahead. The average time needed for cTnI to come to normal was (130±38)hours in recanalized group, 60 hours earlier. Conclusion The dynamic monitoring value of cTnI in serum and peak value time is one of the markers of thrombolytic recanalization.
