An improved method for synthesis of 3-methylaminopiperidine diacetate

Objective: To synthesize 3-methylaminopiperidine diacetate.Methods: 3-Methylaminopiperidine diacetate was synthesized via 3-step reactions with 3-aminopyridine as the starting material.Results: The total yield of 3-methylaminopiperidine diacetate was 41.4%.Conclusion: The improved method optimizes the synthetic process and is worthy to a further pilot manufacture.
