A study was conducted to determine the time and concentration of gamithromycin at which a 3-log kill (99.9%) of select H somni, M haemolytica, and P multocida isolates is achieved. Initially, 12 isolates each of H somni and M haemolytica and five isolates of P multocida were triplicate tested.
